This explains what we collect when you shop at Artsyhive Party Pieces (artsyhivepartypieces.com), why, and who it's shared with.

What we collect

• Order details — your email and the products you bought, so we can deliver files and help if something goes wrong.
• Custom order details — any names, dates, or personalization text you submit for a made-to-order piece, used only to create that piece.
• Contact messages — the email and message you send via Contact us, plus any photos you attach.
• Usage analytics — anonymized browsing and purchase behavior via PostHog, to understand what's working on the site. No analytics data is sold.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors to run the shop: Paddle (our merchant of record — handles payment and checkout), Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, and bot protection via Turnstile), Supabase (database), and Resend (order and download emails). None of them use your data for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds, and tax records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

Your choices

Email contact us to request a copy of your data or have it deleted. We'll action it within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep order records (e.g. for tax purposes).
