Your right to cancel (Paddle purchases)

For purchases processed through Paddle, our payment provider, you may cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no reason required — in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms. If you've already downloaded and used the files, please let us know when requesting a refund so we can take that into account, but the 14-day window still applies.

But we'll always make it right

If a file is broken, won't open, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it. A wrong or broken file is our problem, not yours.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They typically appear within a few business days.

Changed your mind?

Since files are delivered instantly, we always recommend double-checking your order details before purchasing. That said, for purchases processed through Paddle, you're covered by the 14-day cancellation right described above — if you'd like to cancel, contact us and we'll process the refund within that window, no reason needed. If you haven't downloaded your files yet and want to cancel sooner, let us know right away and we'll take care of it immediately.
