Because every product is delivered digitally and instantly, purchases are final once delivered — that's the nature of digital goods, and it's how most digital shops work.
But we'll always make it right
If a file is broken, won't open, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it. A wrong or broken file is our problem, not yours.
Made-to-order pieces
If a custom piece has a mistake we made (wrong name, wrong date, wrong design), we'll correct it free of charge. Refunds for custom work are handled case by case — reach out and we'll sort it out.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They typically appear within a few business days.
Changed your mind?
Since files are delivered instantly, we can't offer refunds for a simple change of mind. If you haven't downloaded your files yet and want to cancel, let us know right away and we'll see what we can do.
